RMA & Tech Support

Customers receive technical support if they have a current maintenance contract with BTS. The maintenance contract covers phone and e-mail support along with on-site visits if necessary. Companies without a current maintenance contract can sign up or renew their contract by contacting a BTS representative. Contracts are valid for one year from the sale/renewal date.
